Cause of Phi's death: Sailor Kakyuu's attack and Sailor Moon.s attack.

Phi's Last Scene: Volume 18, Act 49

Sailor Phi was seen first before her twin Chi. She appears all through the Stars arc bowing down before Galaxia and telling the Golden Queen that either that an Animamate was sent out to Earth or that the Animamate was sent out had failed. When the two twins first appear together, that's when they kill off the Starlights, Lethe and Mnemosyne. Then they vanish. After SM passes Heavy Metal Papillon, she comes upon a garden. The garden of Starseeds. The twins introduce themselves. After a while in the battle against Chi and Phi, Sailor Moon and Kakyuu manage to kill Phi.
